For all non-warranty barrel repairs, we require the following prior to providing a quote and/or intake of barrel. For material and labor pricing please scroll to the bottom of this page and follow the steps below.

STEP ONE:

Fill out the request form with all required information, including at least one picture of the needed repair(s) and a description in the message body. Think “more is more”! The more details you provide the faster the next step will go. There are times we’re able to save you a trip if it’s determined the barrel repair cost exceeds the barrel worth. *Keep in mind we are unable to begin the quoting process until we have received all required information.

STEP TWO:

Customer will be contacted once we review your submitted notes and images, typically within 24-48 hours. However, this timeframe will depend on current repair volume and peak production periods, so please keep that in mind as we may need an extra day at times.

STEP THREE:

We will contact you….either with follow up questions or with your quote attached. If you approve the quote/scope of work to be completed, a credit card is required at that time. Please Note: repairs will not begin until both approval and payment information have been received.

STEP FOUR:

This one is IMPORTANT! An appointment is mandatory before dropping off your barrel. We do not have a storage warehouse at this location and therefore need to coordinate repair barrels coming in and out (along with the repair schedule). Dropping your barrel off without an appointment will not get you into the queue any sooner and you’ll be asked to come back at your scheduled date. Help us help you!
